The mission is to impart technical education with knowledge dissemination in focus and to offer high level capacity building, skill enablement with social and human to the rural youths and also strive forward to provide urban amenities in rural area (PURA) as envisaged by Dr. Kalam.

Institution has an objective to meet out the present day requirement of job oriented opportunities in engineering and technology with right manpower in various industrial domains. Keeping this in mind, institution has introduced following technical diploma courses with three year duration.

Candidates for admission to the first semester diploma programme shall be required to have passed examination of Tamilnadu X std curriculum and for lateral entry the eligibility criteria is XII std with Mathematics as main subject.
